It feels like the older I get, the worse cramping/pms I experience during that time of the month. Up until maybe a year or two ago (I’m 24 now) all I’d get was a mild back ache for the first day but now I get worse belly cramps, feeling irritable, period poops and other delightful things.
Anyone else experienced anything similar? Are periods meant to change as you get older?
Not to be corny but do u ever get hit with a wave of love so comfortable and deep that u feel like uve already loved this person for thousands of years
